Website For Holiday Businesses/Agencies With Up To 50 Holiday Rental Properties
An extended version of the small holiday rental business website above to suit larger holiday letting companies or small letting agents. Fully automated online booking systems comes in to their own when dealing with 10 to 50 holiday properties - more bookings & less administration.
The property navigation and search is optimised to suit your particular holiday letting business - each property has it's own pricing, discount & holiday options.

We add up to 15 properties, we have assumed that if you have more properties you will be adding new properties in the course of your normal business and part of the service is to show you how to add more properties and maintain the exiting ones.

Fully Working Example - Big Country Holidays
We have built a fully working example website for a 17 holiday property website. We found it is much more difficult building mythical holiday properties than real ones - scouring stock photo libraries for images, thinking up relevant content, etc so your website will be much better. The important pages are the live availability calendars & online booking system, each one is fully functional with one of each booking option, which can be easily customised to match your holiday letting business.
Step by Step : What Happens Next
1. Order your website above and complete the checkout, we will need your website domain name as part of the checkout. This reserves your website as the next one we build (once you add your order to the basket below the pricing will change to "Sold Out").
2. Once we have your order, we will contact you make sure we have everything to proceed. Building websites at this price relies on speed, we expect all the necessary content to start and finish. It is the same as if you employ some builders to build a new garden wall and you supply all the materials:- bricks, sand, cement, garden gate,etc - if the cement is missing they can't start and will go away and reschedule. It also helps if you are available during the build process to quickly answer any questions. If you are not sure about anything, please ask using the "Contact" form.
3. We do need the following:-
Links to any existing website and holiday listing/advertising websites you use. We can get most of the information we need from there.
As many high resolution photos as possible, 16-20 for each property is good.
Each properties description and all facilities.
Your tariffs and any existing bookings.
Payment options you want to use.
Your booking terms & conditions.
For a complete new colour scheme, links to any existing themes or websites you like the look of - it's impossible to just copy them, but it gives our designer a very good idea of what you want.
4. We will build your website in a private area - you can see it, but not the public, your current website remains as it is. If you are available during the build process, you can see your website being built and get a guided tour of the parts you need to manage - changing prices, updating bookings, etc. Once it is completed to your satisfaction, you simply log in to your account here and pay the invoice. Then we add your real domain name and you are open for taking bookings.
